For all bespoke pieces requiring alternative crystal / gems and design work please allow up to 20 working days before despatch (See Bespoke section).
For all items weighing over 7.78g sterling silver please allow 20 working days before despatch as it requires Hallmarking at the Birmingham Assay Office. Items that are likely to need Hallmarking are: bangle stacks, link bracelets, chunky pendants.
I will endeavour to do my best to send out all orders prior to these timings, but I am a mother who is navigating the exciting new challenges such as home schooling at times. Rings – all made to order and are sized using UK measurements A-Z. Please ensure you are certain of your ring size before selecting your order.
Necklaces – all offered with a choice of Sterling silver chains and rubber necklets. See product pick list to make your selection.
Bracelets – all offered in a choice of sizes from 19cm – 23cm. Please check your specific wrist size and note that the oval shaped bangles give a more snug fit which is great for slimmer wrists.
All my pieces use 925 Sterling Silver with the majority being from a trusted recycled supplier. Be rest assured this does not impact the quality of the silver.
All items are presented in sustainable packaging and delivered in letterbox friendly boxes by Royal Mail. Included is a 100% organic jewellery storage pouch, a sterling silver cleaning cloth and care cards.
